Mintspell is operated by Lihaila LLC. We collect as little as we can and keep it as briefly as we can.

What we collect

Wallet address when you connect and sign in. It is your account identifier; we never see your keys.
Chat conversations with the assistant, including the coin ideas, images generated and the metered AI cost. Stored to run the Service and to bill for AI cost.
Launch and trade records that are already public on the Solana blockchain, indexed for the pages we show.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and error reports, used for security, rate limiting and debugging.

Who sees it

Conversations are sent to AI model providers (currently xAI, and optionally Anthropic) to generate replies and images. Blockchain reads go through RPC providers (Helius). We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

Retention

Chat sessions are kept for up to 90 days after last activity, then deleted. Coin records are kept as long as the coin page exists. Error logs are kept for 30 days.

Your choices

Disconnecting your wallet ends the session. Email hello@mintspell.fun from a message signed by your wallet to request deletion of your chat history.

Cookies

One first-party cookie holds your signed-in session. No third-party cookies.
